We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our web hosting / reseller / master reseller / alpha reseller hosting plans. If you have any technical issue with our server and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.
Domain registrations are non-refundable. If you choose to register a domain through Sahara Communication, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. These fees are charged for the initial configuration and setup of your hosting services.
Any add-ons or additional services purchased beyond the standard hosting plan are non-refundable.
No returns or cancellation policy for: VPS, dedicated servers, domain names and server licenses.
No refund once work is completed.
If you receive any premium theme or template with a reseller plan and later cancel your reseller hosting and request a refund, a fee of Rs. 500 will be charged for the theme.
To request a refund, please contact our support team via support@hostitfast.com within the first 7 days of your subscription. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request.
Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You may cancel your hosting service at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you will be eligible for a refund according to our money-back guarantee.
Sahara Communication reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion. In the event of termination by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your hosting service, if applicable.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
